Organic Alcohol

Devoting its production alcohol made from organic wheat, organic corn and organic barley. For users of organic alcohol and feed stuffs we have USDA as well and EU certification through Global Organic Alliance.Our five column distillation system making up to 4.5 million liters per year of high quality organic alcohol meets the strictest standards any where. This capacity in the eastern part of the United States will save significant transportation costs from the upper Midwest or from Europe for users in the Eastern US. In addition to organic alcohol we will be the first distillery in the United States to offer liquid CO2 from organic sources.

What is organic?

Organic is a labeling term that indicates that the food or other agricultural product has been produced through approved methods that integrate cultural, biological, and mechanical practices that foster cycling of resources, promote ecological balance, and conserve biodiversity. The USDA organic seal verifies that irradiation, sewage sludge, synthetic fertilizers, prohibited pesticides, and genetically modified organisms were not used. The USDA organic seal also verifies that the product has 95% or more certified organic content. If the label claims that it was made with specified organic ingredients, you can be sure that those specific ingredients are certified organic.

Kosher foods are those that conform to the regulations of the Jewish Halakhic law framework, kosher meaning fit or allowed to be eaten. A list of some kosher foods are found in the book of Leviticus 11:1-47. There are also certain kosher rules found there. Reasons for food not being kosher include the presence of ingredients derived from nonkosher animals or from kosher animals that were not properly slaughtered, a mixture of meat and milk, wine or grape juice (or their derivatives) produced without supervision, the use of produce from Israel that has not been tithed, or the use of nonkosher cooking utensils and machinery.
